A109 water refill valve
Applications:
The automatic make-up water valve consists of a pressure-reducing valve, an inlet filter, a shut-off valve, and a check valve. It is installed on the make-up line of closed-loop heating or cooling systems, automatically maintaining system pressure at a setpoint and preventing backflow when the supply‑side pressure drops or the system becomes low on water. During normal system filling, the valve operates in response to system pressure; when pressure decreases, it automatically replenishes water while preventing backflow.
Installation method:
The automatic water‑filling valve may be installed horizontally or vertically, but it must not be mounted upside down; in other words, the plastic knob must always be positioned at the bottom.
If you need to interrupt automatic water replenishment, manually close the shut-off valve on the automatic replenishment valve.
Valve parameters:
Maximum working pressure: 16 bar.
Outlet pressure adjustment range: 0.5–4 bar.
Operating temperature: -20°C to 120°C
